Where can I pickup my order?
All orders placed can be picked up at our store located at 1255 W State Street STE 1 Bristol, VA 24201.
What are your hours of operation?
Sunday: 11am - 6pm
Monday: 9am - 8pm
Tuesday: 9am - 8pm
Wednesday: 9am - 8pm
Thursday: 9am - 8pm
Friday 9am - 10pm
Saturday: 9am - 10pm
When will my order be ready for pickup?
For In-Store Pickup:
Orders are typically ready for pickup within 4 hours of order confirmation. This means orders will almost always be available for pickup same day.
If the order is placed within 4 hours of the store closing, it may not be available until next day.
You will receive an email confirmation when the order is ready.
The individual who placed the order will need to be present at time of pickup with a valid 21+ ID matching the name on the order to present during the transaction.
Is there a minimum cart amount to place a pickup order?
We have a minimum of $25 for all pickup orders.
How old do I have to be to order?
Per Virginia Hemp Regulations, all customers must be 21 years or older.
What is THCA?
THCA, short for tetrahydrocannabinolic acid, is a natural cannabinoid found in raw cannabis. THCA is the acidic form of delta-9 THC, the main intoxicating compound in cannabis. It cannot produce psychoactive effects until it is converted into THC through processes such as decarboxylation, which involves exposing it to heat or light.
